The Big Surge -
The President's got a big surge coming. He's heard the advice of his commanders on the ground - and he decided to fire, replace or reassign them - but he's going to add more troops into the debacle called the Iraq War. He's taking responsibility - for whatever mistakes were made. Not specific mistakes or the planning as a concept - but if there were mistakes - and he's not saying which ones - he is taking responsibility. Well, from this point on, he is on notice as this last attempt to find any reconciliation in Iraq will be played out and eventually dumped onto his successor.
Plus, there is a global warming update, the President's horoscope, a new sponsor and two What a Weinie awards. One for this past week and one for all of 2006.
